Tommy Conlon (Tom Hardy) returns to his hometown of Pittsburgh and enlists his father, an alcoholic, recovered, and his former trainer, to train for a grant from MMA tournament the largest purse in the history of sport. Major Tommy's brother Brendan Conlon is a family man and school teacher who is forced to fight to save his home and his close family. Although years have passed, recriminations and fraud to keep away from them bitterly Brendan and his father Tommy. But when Brendan is unlikely to rise beyond the defendant put him on a collision course, Tommy, two brothers must finally confront the forces that tore them apart, all the time are the most intense, winner-take-all battle for their lives.
